They do make a great gifts? Everyone in my
family has a pair. Sew a leather bottom on to keep the soles from wearing out,
and make them skid resistant. Always test felt your
yarns before beginning.

Family Classic Felt
Slippers
Great slippers for the whole family. Knit them up by the dozens then
just throw them in the washer to felt them. Easy and fun to make.
Sizes: Finished length, approx (5", 6", 7" - 8", 9", 10" - 11", 12")
Yardage: 100, 125, 150 - 175, 200, 225 - 250, 275) yds of each yarn, or
twice this amount of one yarn is used double.
Contrast cuff, approximately (25, 25, 25 - 35, 35, 35 - 45, 45) yds each
of two yarns, or twice this amount of one yarn used double.
Add cuff yardage to total for solid color slippers.

Felt Clogs
One of our most popular patterns. New
revised version is updated with a narrower fit while still including
information on adding width if needed. Also new, directions for adding a
novelty "fur" cuff. Fast and easy to knit with double yarn.
Sizes: Women's sm, med, lg and men's med
and lg.
To fit US shoe size up to women's 6, (8, 10) and men's (11,13).
Sizes can easily be adjusted up or down by carefully controlling the
felting, which is the key to a really custom fit.
Yarn Requirements: 500 (540, 580 / 675, 720) yards per pair. This
yardage allows for yarn to be held double throughout.
Contrasting cuffs require from 50 to 70 yards depending on size.
Cuffs with novelty yarn require about 35 yards of a thick "fur" type

Quick to crochet in bulky yarn and a size
N hook, these slippers have double soles for wearing comfort.
Sizes: To fit approximately US size 5/6 (7/8, 9/10 /10/11, 12/13).
Exact finished size can be controlled during felting.
Yarn Requirements: A single strand of bulky weight wool.
Yardage: 330 (420, 510 / 620, 710) yards per pair.
For 2-color slippers you will need about half of your yardage in each
color. A contrasting cuff requires 10 to 12 yards.

Sizes: Infant's small, medium and large.
To fit approximately 0-3 (3-6, 6-9) months.
Yarn Requirements: Choose a light worsted or DK weight wool or alpaca
that will felt easily.
